These Terms govern use of KPN (Korea Persona Network, the "Service"), operated by KR Systems Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), and the rights and obligations between the Company and users.

A contract forms when the user submits a request and completes payment at the confirmed tier. Human channel: credit card (KRW). AI-agent channel: x402 (USDC on Base; $1/$3/$5 disclosed before payment). The displayed price is the charged price; no FX conversion.
As an intangible digital service: full refund before advisory generation begins (within ~10 minutes of payment); no refund once generation has started. Copyright in generated reports belongs to the Company; the user may view and use results for their own request. The Company's liability is limited for events beyond its control (force majeure, user fault, third-party service outages). These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; the court with jurisdiction over the Company's registered office shall have jurisdiction.
